Return Policy

Pink Velvet will gladly accept returns on any purchase in its original condition within 5 days of the product delivery date.

Refunds will be issued back in the form of a store gift card. We kindly ask that you immediately inspect all purchases once they are received to check for any damages or defects that may have been done during shipping.

If you have an issue with a damaged or broken item upon reciept, please send a picture of the item along with the order number to customerservice@pinkvelvetaccessories.com.
